Telephone System Operation Training
We offer telephone system operation training as part of our phone system packages. As part of this training we include the labeling of all handsets which is provided in consultation with our new clients.
Our training component can vary in time depending on the size and complexity of the telephone system however a thorough training session is always offered to those staff that require the most assistance.
Ongoing Support
Our ongoing support is offered either as a fee for service or you will be offered a service warranty package which will include a whole range of services offered by our company. A part of these services includes staff training for new staff or providing training updates to existing staff.
